Reduction in incidence of severe paracetamol poisoning Original Research Article

We report substantial reductions in the frequency of severe paracetamol hepatotoxicity locally and nationally after legislative limitations on its sale. These reductions were not explained by changes in referral patterns or use of N-acetyl-cysteine.
