Repair of alar clefts, associated with nasal skin lumps and median clefts of the upper lip and alveolus

We report the features and treatment of a rare case of left alar clefts with median clefts of the upper lip vermilion and alveolus, in association with left nostril and upper alveolar skin lumps.
