Abstract :
We report a patient with multiple brachiocephalic arterial occlusive disease who suffered failure of a bifurcated aorto-carotid artery graft. Profound hypothermic circulatory arrest provided adequate cerebral protection during redo aorto-brachiocephalic arteiral grafting.
