Discussion of "Series expansions for line series impedances considering different specific resistances, magnetic permeabilities, and dielectric permittivities of conductors, air, and ground"

The author comments on the paper by L. Hofman (see ibid., vol.18, p.564-70, 2003). The author makes two brief points on self and mutual inductance terms, and relative magnetic permeability of the ground.
