The Journal is pleased to bring to its readership the summarized discussions of the Pancreas Club; the Club is a highly specialized one but leads the mainstream with general and digestive surgery. Its meetings are informal but of major significance, and virtually all of the authors have devoted much or all of their investigative efforts to pancreatic disease.
