Purpoe To report preeptal celluliti and orbital bone detruction a ocular manifetation of naal cocaine abue. Method Cae report. We examined a 40-year-old male naal cocaine abuer with diabete mellitu and with ign of preeptal celluliti. Computed tomographic imaging of the cranium wa performed, and a naal cavity biopy pecimen wa obtained. Reult Computed tomographic finding howed extenive cartilaginou and bony detruction involving the naal eptum and medial wall of the left orbit, and the naal biopy pecimen dicloed inflammatory exudate with neutrophil. Concluion Naal cocaine abue induce mucoperichondrial ichemia and may be aociated with cartilaginou and bony detruction a well a preeptal celluliti.
