Bungee cord-aociated ocular injurie

Purpoe To report ocular injurie aociated with the ue of bungee cord. Method Four patient with bungee cord-aociated ocular trauma are preented. Reult Four eye of four patient demontrated evere contuion injurie aociated with bungee cord trauma. Ocular injurie in the four eye included a variable combination of corneal abraion, hyphema, iridodialyi, anterior chamber angle receion, econdary glaucoma, len ubluxation, vitreou hemorrhage, and retinal detachment. Three of the four eye required ophthalmic urgery. All eye had anterior chamber angle receion and required continuing ophthalmic care. Concluion Bungee cord may be aociated with evere ocular injury and hould be ued with caution.
