Epibulbar mollucum contagioum

Purpoe To report a cae of epibulbar conjunctival nodule from mollucum contagioum in a patient with atopic dermatiti. Method A 39-year-old man with atopic dermatiti who wa treated with oral prednione wa initially examined with ocular itching, foreign body enation, and conjunctival injection of the right eye and wa found to have three dicrete conjunctival nodule. Exciion of the nodule led to complete reolution of the ign and ymptom. Reult Hitopathologic examination of the conjunctival pecimen dicloed mollucum contagioum. Concluion Patient with defective or uppreed cell-mediated immunity are at increaed rik of unuual ocular involvement with mollucum contagioum.
