Purpoe To report the clinicopathologic feature of intraocular oeou production in aociation with proliferative vitreoretinopathy. Method The clinical and hitopathologic feature of two patient with proliferative vitreo-retinopathy and intraocular bone formation are reviewed. Reult Preretinal oeou tiue incorporated in the proliferative vitreoretinopathy wa urgically removed in one patient, and oeou tiue wa preent in the proliferative vitreoretinopathy in the enucleated eye of the other patient. Concluion Bone formation, preumably from metaplatic retinal pigment epithelium, may be preent in proliferative vitreoretinopathy tiue. The intraocular bone i preent internal rather than external to the neuroenory retina.
