canning Laer Ophthalmocopic Finding in a Patient With Acute Zonal Occult Outer Retinopathy

Purpoe: To examine a 33-year-old woman who had an enlarged cotoma in her right eye and who wa diagnoed with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy. Method: We performed a full ophthalmologic examination and canning laer ophthalmocopy. Reult: With a 514-nm wavelength laer, canning laer ophthalmocopy demontrated abnormal leion bilaterally. No abnormalitie were detected with a 630-nm wavelength laer. Concluion: canning laer ophthalmocopy can demontrate retinal damage caued by acute zonal occult outer retinopathy, which i ueful in differential diagnoi.
