T-cell Malignant Lymphoma With Conjunctival Involvement

Purpoe: To report a rare cae of T-cell malignant lymphoma involving the conjunctiva. Method: A 63-year-old woman had rapid onet of bilateral perilimbal congetion and chemoi. Perilimbal thickening with corneal infiltration developed 20 day later. Computed tomography incidentally dicloed a right maxillary inu ma. Biopy pecimen from the maxillary inu ma and the left limbu were ubjected to hitopathologic examination and immunohitochemical tudy. Reult: T-cell malignant lymphoma of diffue large cell type, tage IV, wa diagnoed. The patient wa treated with combination chemotherapy plu 13-ci-retinoic acid and remained in remiion 1image year after diagnoi. Concluion: Conjunctival involvement with T-cell lymphoma may preent a epicleriti and chemoi.
