Topical Diclofenac odium in the Management of Anethetic Abue Keratopathy

Purpoe: To report a cae of anethetic abue keratopathy and to ugget the ue of topical diclofenac odium in the management of thi diorder. Method: Narcotic and topical diclofenac were ued to control pain in a patient who developed a corneal ulcer after abuing topical anethetic. Reult: After the intitution of topical diclofenac, the patient reported ubtantial improvement in comfort and le reliance on narcotic agent for analgeia. Concluion: We found topical diclofenac to be ueful in controlling pain in thi patient with anethetic abue keratopathy.
