Vacular compreion of the oculomotor nerve dicloed by thin-lice magnetic reonance imaging

Purpoe: To decribe the thin-lice magnetic reonance imaging feature of vacular compreive oculomotor nerve parei. Method: We performed thin-lice (2 mm thick) magnetic reonance imaging of the braintem in a 74-year-old woman with right partial oculomotor nerve parei uing poiled gradient recalled acquiition in the teady tate. Reult: Thin-lice magnetic reonance image dicloed that the right oculomotor nerve wa compreed and dilocated uperiorly and laterally by the tortuou bailar artery. No other abnormalitie were oberved. Concluion: Thi i the firt cae report of vacular compreive oculomotor nerve parei dicloed by thin-lice magnetic reonance imaging.
