Hitopathology of the eye in diffue neonatal hemangiomatoi

Purpoe: To report the ocular preentation and hitopathology of a patient with diffue neonatal hemangiomatoi. Method: Cae report. A 3.7-kg female wa born at term. Multiple hemangioma were preent, and the patient died 39 day after birth. Reult: Widepread cutaneou and viceral hemangioma were preent. Ophthalmic examination dicloed bilateral eyelid and conjunctival hemangioma. The right eye had multiple iri hemangioma, hyphema, vitreou hemorrhage, and dicrete ubretinal leion. Hitopathology of the right eye demontrated hemangioma involving the iri, ciliary body, and ciliary procee. Concluion: Diffue neonatal hemangiomatoi wa aociated with ophthalmic finding of multiple hemangioma involving eyelid, conjunctiva, iri, ciliary body, and ciliary procee.
