Indocyanine green angiography in enlarged blind pot yndrome

PURPOE: To report the indocyanine green angiography finding in a cae of acute idiopathic blind pot enlargement yndrome. METHOD: The patient underwent ophthalmologic examination with fluorecein angiography and indocyanine green angiography. REULT: A monocular enlarged blind pot wa found on automated perimetry; fluorecein angiography howed a hypofluorecent peripapillary atrophic area and indocyanine green angiography highlighted diffue, mall hypofluorecent pot cattered throughout the poterior pole. Viual field defect and indocyanine green angiography abnormalitie reolved over 4 week. CONCLUION: Indocyanine green angiography in acute idiopathic blind pot enlargement yndrome howed many leion not viible with fluorecein angiography, indicating a choroidal involvement reaching not only the peripapillary area but the entire poterior pole.
