Coxackieviru B4 a a caue of adult chorioretiniti

PURPOE: To decribe the clinical manifetation and coure of chorioretiniti preumed to be econdary to coxackieviru infection in an adult. METHOD: Cae report documented by fundu photography and fluorecein angiography. REULT: Ophthalmocopic examination of a ymptomatic 34-year-old woman howed everal cream-colored parafoveal pot at the level of the retinal pigment epithelium and imilar, multiple confluent pot in the midperiphery of both eye. Titer for coxackieviru B4 demontrated a fourfold rie between acute and convalecent era. CONCLUION: Coxackieviru B4 i apparently a rare caue of chorioretiniti but neverthele hould be conidered in the appropriate clinical etting.
