Abstract :
PURPOE: To report the ophthalmic manifetation of hypertrophic dicoid lupu erythematou of the conjunctiva.
METHOD: Cae report and review of biopy reult.
REULT: A 58-year-old woman with a hitory of chronic blepharoconjunctiviti preented with an unuual raied conjunctival leion. Previou biopy lide were reviewed and interpreted a diagnotic of dicoid lupu erythematou, hypertrophic or verrucou type. Both blepharoconjunctiviti and the raied conjunctival leion reolved with hydroxychloroquine therapy.
CONCLUION: A raied conjunctival ma in the context of refractory blepharoconjunctiviti hould elicit upicion for dicoid lupu erythematou. The hypertrophic variant of thi dieae can affect the conjunctiva.
