Dicordance of primary infantile glaucoma in monozygotic twin

PURPOE: To report a cae of primary infantile glaucoma occurring in only one of two identical twin. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Clinical feature of bilateral primary infantile glaucoma in one of the two twin at age 16 month are decribed. Polymorphic DNA marker were ued to etablih identical twinhip. CONCLUION: Our finding ugget that nongenetic factor mut be conidered in determining the origin of primary infantile glaucoma.
