clerochoroidal calcification aociated with Gitelman yndrome

PURPOE: To invetigate clerochoroidal calcification in a patient with Gitelman yndrome. METHOD: Cae report. Bilateral fundu abnormalitie oberved in a 58-year-old woman were documented with fluorecein angiography and tomodenitometry. REULT: ymmetric yellow-white ubretinal leion were oberved in the uperotemporal midperiphery of the fundu of each eye. Tomodenitometry examination wa conitent with calcium depoition. The medical hitory included Gitelman yndrome. clerochoroidal calcification probably reulted from the evere hypomagneemia. CONCLUION: Gitelman yndrome may be a caue of clerochoroidal calcification
