Abstract
PURPOE:
To report the clinical feature and management of two patient with peudophakic anterior capule contraction with econdary tractional ciliary body detachment and hypotonou choroidal effuion.
METHOD:
Cae report.
REULT:
In two eye of two patient with peudophakia, evere anterior len capule contraction and tractional ciliary body detachment, anterior capulotomy (one Nd:YAG laer, one urgical), wa followed by reolution of the ocular hypotony and reolution/nonrecurrence of the choroidal effuion. In both cae, continuou curvilinear capulorhexi wa ued during cataract urgery.
CONCLUION:
Anterior capule contraction following peudophakia may reult in tractional ciliary detachment and econdary ocular hypotony. Radial anterior capulotomy appeared to be effective in both cae.
