erou retinal detachment at the macula in arcoidoi

PURPOE: To report an unuual cae of erou retinal detachment at the macula in a patient with a hitory of arcoidoi. METHOD: Cae report. In a 44-year-old Caucaian man, the hitory, clinical feature, fluorecein angiography, laboratory and radiological invetigation, treatment, and lung autopy finding are preented. REULT: A erou detachment of the retina in the macula of hi left eye wa oberved. He had pulmonary hypertenion econdary to active arcoid granuloma that caued pulmonary angiiti. CONCLUION: erou retinal detachment at the macula may occur in aociation with pulmonary angiiti econdary to arcoidoi.
