Treatment of optic nerve heath meningioma with three-dimenional conformal radiation

PURPOE: To report a patient recovering viion after three-dimenional conformal radiotherapy for optic nerve heath meningioma. METHOD: Radiotherapy wa delivered by a three-dimenional conformal technique in 28–180-cGy fraction. REULT: Viual acuity improved from 20/200 to 20/30, and the viual field defect reolved. CONCLUION: Viual lo from optic nerve heath meningioma can be revered by three-dimenional conformal radiotherapy.
