PURPOE: To decribe and illutrate a imple and reliable technique for removing penetrating corneal foreign bodie. METHOD: A 6-mm needle wa placed through the cornea beneath the corneal foreign body to provide upport and illumination poteriorly. REULT: In eight eye of eight patient all penetrating corneal foreign bodie were removed completely without evere complication.
