Abstract
%PURPOE: To report a cae of marginal keratiti reulting from topical dorzolamide hyperenitivity.
METHOD: Cae report.
REULT: A 68-year-old woman preented with bilateral marginal keratiti 2 week after commencing bilateral topical dorzolamide. One week after dicontinuation of topical dorzolamide, the patient wa aymptomatic with complete reolution of corneal infiltrate.
CONCLUION: Topical dorzolamide may caue a hyperenitivity reaction in the form of marginal keratiti. Dicontinuation of the offending medication hould reult in complete reolution
