%PURPOE: To report the clinical hitory and urgical management of recurrent congenital iri tromal cyt. METHOD: Cae report. Argon laer endophotocoagulation and cryotherapy were ued to treat a recurrent iri tromal cyt in an 18-month-old boy. REULT: At 43 month of follow-up, there wa no recurrence or evidence of epithelial ingrowth. CONCLUION: Treatment with argon laer endophotocoagulation and cryotherapy reulted in complete reolution of a recurrent congenital iri cyt
