Orbital T-cell lymphoma in a multiple myeloma patient

PURPOE: To report an 82-year-old woman with multiple myeloma who developed an orbital T-cell lymphoma concomitantly. METHOD: The patient preented with left upper eyelid welling. Magnetic reonance imaging demontrated an orbital ma compreing the eyeball. The ma wa excied for diagnotic purpoe and orbital decompreion. REULT: Hitopathologic and immunohitochemical evaluation identified the ma a a T-cell lymphoma. The dieae progreed rapidly depite chemotherapy. CONCLUION: Orbital T-cell lymphoma i rare and we are unaware of previou report of orbital T-cell lymphoma in patient with multiple myeloma.
