PURPOE: To report pontaneou regreion and diappearance of ubclinical rhegmatogenou retinal detachment. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Three eparate area of ubclinical retinal detachment in two eye of two patient were followed without treatment for 35 year (Cae 1) and 28 year (Cae 2). The three area of ubclinical retinal detachment pontaneouly regreed and diappeared. There ha been no recurrence of ubclinical retinal detachment in Cae 1 for 12 year and 14 year, and in Cae 2 for 12 year. CONCLUION: ubclinical retinal detachment can how pontaneou regreion and diappearance a it natural outcome when oberved without intervention.
