PURPOE: To report a cae of Horner yndrome that occurred after implantation of a vagu nerve timulator. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A 6-year-old female with cerebral dygenei and intractable partial eizure preented with Horner yndrome after vagu nerve timulator implantation. CONCLUION: Horner yndrome can occur a a reult of the vagu nerve timulator implant procedure and hould be included a one of it poible urgical complication.
