Abstract
PURPOE: To report three patient who developed diplopia and kew deviation after cardiac catheterization.
DEIGN: Interventional cae erie.
METHOD: Three patient complained of diplopia after cardiac catheterization for myocardial infarction (two male patient) or aortic diection (one female patient). Examination demontrated kew deviation in each patient.
REULT: Diplopia and kew deviation were mild and reolved completely in 4 month (cae 1), 16 month (cae 2), and 1.5 month (cae 3). enitive ign of minor ichemic damage to the brain tem that caue uch diorder are not detectable by neuroimaging.
CONCLUION: Rarely, cardiac catheterization may be complicated by diplopia and kew deviation
