Acute aymmetric upper naal quandrantanopia caued by a chiamal colloid cyt in a patient with multiple cleroi and bilateral retrobulbar neuriti

PURPOE: To report a patient with multiple cleroi and a hitory of equential bilateral retrobulbar neuriti, who developed new onet of highly aymmetric upper quadrantanopia. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: A 36-year-old woman with multiple cleroi and bilateral retrobulbar neuriti developed an acute aymmetric upper naal quadrantanopia. REULT: Magnetic reonance imaging of the brain revealed a cyt that caued chiamal compreion and bilateral viual field defect. CONCLUION: New onet of bilateral viual field defect in a patient with diagnoed multiple cleroi i likely to be caued by a new attack of the demyelinating dieae. In thi cae, a newly diagnoed chiamal colloid cyt wa the caue of viual field defect.
