Abstract :
PURPOE: To report a patient who preented with photopia, night blindne, exudative retinal detachment, and melanoma-aociated retinopathy in her right eye 23 year after the left eye wa enucleated for a choroidal melanoma.
METHOD: Aement of fundu finding, fluorecein angiogram, and electroretinogram.
REULT: The patient had recurrent exudative detachment of the macula in her right eye and electroretinogram repone conitent with the diagnoi of melanoma-aociated retinopathy. The abdominal computed tomography (CT) can wa negative, but 13 month later, CT canning revealed many mae in her liver. Fine-needle biopy confirmed the diagnoi of metatatic melanoma.
CONCLUION: To our knowledge, thi i the firt report of melanoma-aociated retinopathy in a patient with a previou choroidal melanoma
