Vitreou hemorrhage from a ciliary granuloma aociated with Wegener granulomatoi

PURPOE: To report a cae of vitreou hemorrhage from ciliary granuloma in Wegener granulomatoi. METHOD: Interventional cae report. An 18-year-old woman with Wegener granulomatoi and epicleral granuloma in her LE had ultraound biomicrocopy finding of a ma in the par plana of the ciliary body in the meridian correponding to the epicleral granuloma. REULT: The patient underwent vitrectomy in the LE for ubequent vitreou hemorrhage. Intraoperatively, the ma wa diagnoed a a ciliary granuloma at the par plana. Dene blood clotting around the ciliary granuloma and ubretinal exudation at the ora errata were oberved, with no other change cauative for the vitreou hemorrhage. CONCLUION: We report a cae of vitreou hemorrhage aociated with a ciliary granuloma that wa revealed by ultraound biomicrocopy. Careful obervation i neceary in eye with peritent inflammation in Wegener granulomatoi.
