Fifteen year later, he developed a macula on retinal detachment in the right eye, which alo had a dene cataract. Immediately after uncomplicated phacoemulification and intraocular len implantation, under monitored anetheia care and retrobulbar block, and without valalva tre, ophthalmocopy demontrated a choroidal hemorrhage. A planned cleral buckle wa replaced by pneumatic retinopexy. REULT: even month potoperatively, the retina remained attached with reolution of the choroidal hemorrhage. Viual acuity wa 20/30. CONCLUION: Choroidal hemorrhage may occur more commonly in individual with Oler-Rendu-Weber yndrome. Recognition of thi poible aociation and intitution of appropriate intraoperative precaution may facilitate a good viual outcome.
