Abstract
PURPOE: The typical reddih-brown retinal leion of acute macular neuroretinopathy are difficult to detect. We demontrate a role for canning laer ophthalmocopy in the diagnoi of acute macular neuroretinopathy.
METHOD: Obervational cae report. We ued canning laer ophthalmocopy in a 23-year-old woman with acute macular neuroretinopathy.
REULT: In contrat to biomicrocopy, color fundu photography, and red-free fundu photography, canning laer ophthalmocopy preciely dicloed the ize of the leion within the macula. Microperimetry howed abolute cotomata correponding to the macular leion.
CONCLUION: canning laer ophthalmocopy enhance the viibility of the retinal leion in acute macular neuroretinopathy. The leion ize can be determined more preciely, and follow-up of patient i more accurate compared with conventional technique.
