PURPOE: To report a patient who developed accommodation and convergence paly caued by leion in the bilateral rotral uperior colliculu. DEIGN: Obervational cae report. METHOD: A 30-year-old right-handed man experienced udden onet of diplopia and blurred viion at near viion REULT: The patient howed accommodation and convergence paly. Magnetic reonance imaging revealed leion located in the bilateral rotral uperior colliculu.
