Choroidal metatai of a gingival quamou cell carcinoma

PURPOE: To report a cae of choroidal metatai of a gingival quamou cell carcinoma. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: Review of the clinical hitory and pathologic finding. REULT: A 59-year-old woman with a hitory of right gingival quamou cell carcinoma preented with udden dimne of viion in the left eye of 4 week duration. Fundu examination of the left eye revealed a yellowih elevated ubretinal leion involving the optic dik and macula. Fine-needle apiration biopy of the choroidal leion, left eye, revealed metatatic quamou carcinoma cell. The patient wa referred to a radiation oncologit for further management. CONCLUION: Choroidal metatai from gingival quamou cell carcinoma i rare, and it may develop from hematogeneou pread.
