Late recurrence of unilateral grave orbitopathy on the contralateral ide

PURPOE: To report a cae of late recurrence of unilateral Grave orbitopathy on the contralateral ide after 7 year. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: A 44-year-old woman with left unilateral Grave orbitopathy underwent two-wall orbital decompreion on the left ide. After trabimu urgery and left upper eyelid urgery, he wa dicharged. REULT: even year after dicharge, the patient developed Grave orbitopathy on the right ide, and he underwent two-wall orbital decompreion on the right ide. CONCLUION: At leat in patient with unilateral Grave orbitopathy, late recurrence of the dieae in the contralateral orbit may occur.
