Oeou choritoma of the conjunctiva imulating extraocular extenion of retinoblatoma

PURPOE: To report the clinicopathologic feature of an epibulbar oeou choritoma imulating extraocular extenion of retinoblatoma. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: A 7-month-old male preented with a unilateral intraocular ma localized to the temporal retina and a white pedunculated leion extending from the conjunctiva, anterior to the inertion of the lateral rectu mucle. Clinical examination and computed tomography can finding led to the diagnoi of retinoblatoma with extraocular extenion. The child underwent exciion of the epibulbar leion and enucleation of the globe. REULT: The hitopathologic examination of the epibulbar leion revealed an oeou choritoma. The intraocular content diplayed feature typical of retinoblatoma without extraocular extenion. CONCLUION: An epibulbar oeou choritoma can imulate extraocular extenion of retinoblatoma in an eye harboring the intraocular malignancy.
