Abstract :
PURPOE: To evaluate the efficacy of optical coherence tomography for the analyi of anterior egment after glaucoma urgery. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: In a 79-year-old man with primary open-angle glaucoma, optical coherence tomography wa performed on the left eye after nonpenetrating deep clerectomy. REULT: Optical coherence tomography howed thinning of the conjunctiva over the filtering bleb, preence of a pace under the cleral flap that i conidered a a lake, and preence of fibrou tiue in the bleb. CONCLUION: Thi cae indicate that optical coherence tomography, a noninvaive, noncontact optical imaging modality, may be ueful for analyi of the anterior egment after glaucoma urgery.
