PURPOE: To decribe a imple modification of the frontali ling procedure. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: The facia lata trip are paed uperiorly with a Richard-Allan needle rather than trimmed at the central inciion in the inferior forehead. REULT: atifactory and table eyelid poition have been achieved in ix patient. CONCLUION: Increaing the area of contact between the facia lata trip and the frontali mucle hould enhance the mucle’ action in elevating the ptotic eyelid.
