Purpoe To report the firt known cae of bilateral cleriti in a patient with hypocomplementemic urticarial vaculiti. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Medical and ophthalmic hitory, reult of phyical and ophthalmic examination, laboratory data, and hitologic and immunopathologic examination were reviewed and reult recorded. Reult A 67-year-old man who preented with eye redne and pain, rah, arthralgia, and malaie wa found to have hypocomplementemic urticarial vaculiti. Treatment with high-doe oral corticoteroid and mycophenolate mofetil reulted in the reolution of the rah and cleriti. Concluion Ocular involvement may be a helpful clue in the diagnoi of thi uncommon yndrome.
