Purpoe We demontrate foveal hypoplaia by optical coherence tomography (OCT). Deign Obervational cae report. Method Foveal hypoplaia wa demontrated in a 79-year-old man with decreaed viion ince childhood uing fundu photography, fluorecein angiography, and OCT can through four meridian of the central foveal. Reult The OCT howed extenion of all neuroenory retinal layer through the area in which the fovea would normally be located. Concluion Optical coherence tomography can be ued to demontrate foveal hypoplaia.
