Purpoe To decribe a cae of peripheral keratiti aociated with erythema elevatum diutinum (EED), an unuual immune-complex-mediated cutaneou vaculiti. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 25-year-old man who wa diagnoed 15 month previouly with erythema elevatum diutinum preented with an inflammatory peripheral keratiti of the left eye. Reult erologic invetigation for ytemic diorder aociated with vaculitic peripheral ulcerative keratiti were unremarkable. A the clerokeratiti wa thought to repreent an ocular extenion of the patient’ cutaneou vaculiti, dapone therapy wa initiated and reulted in a rapid repone of both the cutaneou and the ocular inflammation. Concluion Erythema elevatum diutinum hould be included in the differential diagnoi of vaculitic peripheral keratiti
