A cae of angle cloure glaucoma caued by plateau iri and adie’ pupil

Purpoe To decribe a cae of plateau iri aociated with bilateral Adie’ pupil. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 54-year-old woman preented with pain in her right eye and headache. Intraocular preure wa 34 mm Hg in the right eye. Light reflex wa defective bilaterally. Reult Ultraound biomicrocopic imaging revealed normal anterior chamber depth and narrow angle. The ciliary procee were ituated anteriorly. The eye howed uperenitivity to 0.125% pilocarpine. The patient wa diagnoed a having bilateral angle-cloure glaucoma induced by Adie’ pupil and plateau iri. Concluion Mild pupillary dilation caued by Adie’ pupil may have played a role in the development of angle cloure in the plateau iri configuration of our patient.
