Method Inciional biopy and ultratuctural analyi of recti mucle in a female patient with myopic trabimu fixu. Reult Ultratuctural analyi revealed evidence of mitochondrial myopathy. Concluion Acquired trabimu fixu due to high myopia may be a manifetation of mitochondrial myopathy, a finding that ha not been previouly reported.
