Purpoe To preent the efficacy of performing deep lamellar keratoplaty a an emergency meaure following perforation of the cornea. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Deep lamellar keratoplaty wa performed in two cae of perforated cornea. Following incarceration of the iri within the perforated area, The Decemet membrane wa expoed except for trand of troma urrounding the perforation. A freh donor cornea tripped of the Decemet membrane wa then utured in place. Reult Both cae have attained clear cornea in area other than the original perforation. Concluion Deep lamellar keratoplaty i a afe technique for the treatment of cornea perforation.
