Purpoe To report central erou chorioretinopathy aociated with exceive ue of compound with ympathomimetic activity. Deign Obervational cae erie. Method Four patient preented with clinical and fluorecein angiographic evidence of central erou chorioretinopathy. All patient expreed a concomitant pychogenic tre and high-doe ingetion of peudoephedrine, oxymetazoline, or 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, all of which poe ympathomimetic propertie. Reult In all cae, reolution of central erou chorioretinopathy coincided with ceation of the medication. Concluion Patient afflicted with central erou chorioretinopathy hould be notified about it poible aociation with ympathomimetic medication.
