pontaneou cloure of tage 2 macular hole oberved with optical coherence tomography

Purpoe To report the clinical coure and image of optical coherence tomography of an eye with a tage 2 macular hole which cloed pontaneouly. Deign Obervational cae report. Method erial optical coherence tomographic image were obtained. Reult A 67-year-old woman received a diagnoi of tage 2 idiopathic macular hole in her right eye. The diagnoi wa made with a tomographic image of a full-thickne dehicence of the neuroenory retina at the fovea. The poterior hyaloid membrane wa adhering to the edge of the dehicence. Four week later, the cloure of the macular hole wa acertained with optical coherence tomography. The poterior hyaloid membrane wa fully eparated from the fovea. Concluion A tage 2 macular hole may cloe pontaneouly with the eparation of the hyaloid membrane.
