Purpoe To report a cae of permatic cord leiomyoarcoma metatatic to the orbit. Deign Cae report. Method A 78-year-old man preented with progreive redne, proptoi, and decreaing viion of the left eye of 3 week’ duration. Computed tomography revealed an intraconal ma (1.5 × 2 cm) inferior to and diplacing the left optic nerve. Reult A left lateral orbitotomy wa performed, and awell-demarcated ma wa removed from the urrounding tiue. A follow-up computed tomography of the chet and abdomen wa conitent with metatatic dieae to the lung and liver. Concluion permatic cord leiomyoarcoma i a rare caue of metatatic leion to the orbit.
