Purpoe To decribe preumed minor alivary gland ecretion in a patient with a hitory of oral mucou membrane graft in conjunctival platic urgery. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 74-year-old woman who had had an oral mucou membrane graft in the left eye complained of mucou dicharge. lit-lamp examination revealed a yellowih-red ma leion in the uperior bulbar conjunctiva. Reult The leion wa excied. Hitopathologic examination of the excied tiue revealed lobule and a duct of minor alivary gland. After removal of the ma, mucou dicharge decreaed. Concluion Minor alivary gland within a mucou membrane graft may caue mucou dicharge in the eye.
